Minecon Recruitment is proud to be partnering on a major pavement rehabilitation project on the Logan Motorway, with works taking place across both eastbound and westbound lanes.
We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for casual weekend work, with day and night shifts available from Friday night through to Sunday.

About the Role
You'll be working as part of a skilled civil construction team, undertaking a variety of duties including:
- Machine spotting and machine operation (for ticketed operators)
- Traffic management support, including fencing and barrier installation
- Site preparation and installation of safety signage
- General civil labouring and site maintenance
- Working safely in accordance with project and WHS requirements
What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience in civil construction
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- A valuable level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
