Protech is seeking skilled Machine Operators, with a strong focus on Excavator and Roller Operators, for multiple civil construction projects across South Brisbane. Operators with additional experience on Loaders, Moxy Trucks, Watercarts, Graders, and Dozers are strongly encouraged to apply.

What’s on Offer

- ✔ Immediate starts available
- ✔ Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- ✔ $42–$55 per hour (based on experience & machine)
- ✔ Penalties after 7.6 hours + daily travel & meal allowance
- ✔ Opportunity to work across major road, subdivision, and infrastructure projects

About the Role As an experienced Machine Operator, you will:

- Operate heavy machinary safely and efficiently on active civil worksites
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Follow all site safety procedures, traffic plans, and project specifications
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
- Assist with general civil labouring tasks when required





What We’re Looking For

- Construction White Card
- Proven experience in civil construction
- Current RII Ticket
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong safety focus and a commitment to quality work
- Road construction or subdivision experience highly regarded
- Additional RII tickets & experience highly regarded
