CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for our client, working across urban subdivision and land development projects, based in Perth, WA.

This role will suit a hands-on Civil Supervisor with strong experience in urban subdivision and land development projects delivery, ideally within residential civil construction and urban infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction site operations across urban subdivision projects.
- Lead site crews and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and site resources to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against program and budget.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and daily pre-start meetings.
- Maintain accurate site records, reporting and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
- Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining quality workmanship across all project activities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor delivering urban subdivision and land development projects.
- Strong background in residential civil construction, including roadworks, drainage, earthworks and underground utilities.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate site crews, subcontractors and plant operations.
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, site sequencing and project programming.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety,



quality and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and project specifications.
- Proactive, hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights.
