Civil Supervisor | Darwin, NT Lead from the Front. Deliver Quality. Build the Territory.

Foundation Labour Hire is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a growing team delivering civil infrastructure projects across Darwin and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced supervisor with a strong background in trenching and underground civil works , who is confident managing multiple crews while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Lead crews undertaking trenching, underground services and associated civil works.
- Coordinate plant, labour and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, WHS requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Complete site reporting, daily diaries and project documentation.
- Liaise with Project Managers,



engineers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all site activities.
- Manage project compliance using HammerTech, ensuring all safety documentation, inductions, inspections and permits are maintained.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor .
- Extensive trenching and underground utilities experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience using HammerTech.
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and civil construction practices.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence (HR Licence advantageous).
- First Aid certificate highly regarded.
