About the Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish. You’ll be the engine behind each job, keeping timelines on track, stakeholders aligned, and outcomes moving forward. If you like being across everything and making things happen, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of insurance building claims end-to-end
- Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, updates, and job progress across all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and internal processes
- Identify risks, delays, or issues early, and take action to resolve them




- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and documentation

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable in a rapid-paced workplace and know how to keep multiple moving parts under control.

You’ll also bring

- Experience in insurance building, claims management, or construction coordination
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and insurers
