The Opportunity

As a Claims Specialist, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 100–120 claims across a varied mix of motor, property and farm-related risks. Claims range from straightforward motor matters through to complex property losses valued up to $5 million. You'll be responsible for:

- Managing claims end-to-end from lodgement through to settlement
- Conducting investigations, policy interpretation and coverage analysis
- Negotiating settlements and applying policy exclusions
- Building strong relationships with brokers, customers and external stakeholders
- Delivering fair, effective and customer‑focused outcomes
- Working collaboratively across claims, underwriting and other internal teams This is a role for someone who enjoys critical thinking, problem solving and managing more complex claims than a standard domestic property/ motor portfolio.





About You

Farm insurance experience is highly regarded; however, candidates from motor and home insurance backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. You'll be someone who:
