As part of our claims team, you will support our brokers and manage an end‑to‑end claims process delivering a best practice customer experience. Reporting into our Claim Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Facilitate the end‑to‑end claims process, including setting reserves, authorising payments, within authority levels and according to SLAs.




- Ensuring the customer is kept informed of progress while negotiating options and escalating when required throughout the duration of the claim - Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Provide prompt attention to all claims in accordance with Company standards and SLA requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in the insurance claims industry with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
