THE POSITIONS

We have 4 positions available right now, including 2 Team Leader roles for experienced cleaners ready to step up. These spots will go fast.

2 x Team Leader — Experienced Cleaners

You already know how to hold a standard. At OSCC, Team Leaders work alongside the crew, set the benchmark on every job, and are first in line as we grow. Real progression. Not just a title.

2 x Cleaner — Attitude Essential

We can train skills. We can't train care. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and take pride in doing a job properly, we'll train you thoroughly and back you completely.

THE ROLE

You'll work as part of our Sparkle Squad, delivering high-quality residential cleaning across the southern Gold Coast. Most cleans are completed in teams of two. You're never thrown in alone.

Typical tasks include

- Residential cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
- Detailed room cleans and occasional deep cleans.
- Following professional cleaning systems and checklists.
- Working respectfully inside clients' homes.

All equipment, chemicals, training, and systems provided. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Are reliable and punctual. Every time, not most of the time.
- Take pride in doing a job properly.
- Have strong attention to detail. You notice what others miss.
- Are friendly and respectful with clients and teammates.
- Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle (essential, non-negotiable).
- Want long-term, consistent work with a team that actually looks after you.

Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
