Located close to Perth CBD and a short walk to the train/bus station/car parking our clients are a highly successful accounting practice with 30 staff offering services within Tax and Business advisory, SMSF, Bookkeeping to a wide range of clients from across Western Australia.

Due to an increase in clients and the continued growth of the practice the Director would now like to add to their already successful admin team with the addition of an experienced Client Administrator on a full - time basis.

The vacancy

- Data entry
- Solid data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, experience with ATO portals preferred
- First point of contact with Clients

- Drafting letters
- Uploading documents to the ATO portal

- ASIC reporting
- Experience with ASIC Connect portal and corporate compliance reporting requirements
- General administration support to the accountants (SMSF and Tax teams)
- Full time hours

To Apply:




- Must have administration experience within an accounting practice.
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work in a small administration team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accounting practice management software
- Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)

In return:
- Salary of between $80,000 to $85,000 + Super
- Some Flexi hours can be offered
- Full time hours of 8.30am till 5pm, Monday to Friday
