We’re partnering with a leading custom home builder to recruit a Client Experience Lead who is passionate about design, relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients building their dream homes, guiding them from initial enquiry through the design journey while working alongside an experienced team of Designers and Estimators.

About the Role

As the key contact throughout the design phase, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients, coordinate the design process and ensure every project progresses smoothly while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the client journey from enquiry through to signed Design Agreement.
- Coordinating Designers and Estimators to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Presenting custom home proposals and guiding clients through key decisions.
- Driving conversion of qualified opportunities.
- Maintaining CRM records and pipeline activity.




- Building relationships with referral partners and industry professionals.

About You

- Experience in custom residential construction, property, architecture, interior design or a related industry.
- Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
