We are a community-based organisation dedicated to supporting older people and vulnerable members of the community to live independently. We provide nutritious meals and friendly service, delivered with care and respect. We also sell meals to the public from our retail store.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and compassionate Client Service Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate, and supportive service. You will be the first point of contact for clients, carers, volunteers, and stakeholders, playing a key role in coordinating services and maintaining robust relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process referrals, client registrations, and service changes
- Maintain accurate client records and databases
- Liaise with volunteers, drivers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle scheduling, cancellations, and special dietary requirements
- Provide empathetic,



client-focused support in line with Meals on Wheels values
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required

About You

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful approach to working with people from all walks of life
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in community services, aged care, or administration
