About the Role

As the Clinical Director,



you will play a key role in clinical leadership and service delivery, mentoring clinicians, upholding standards and contributing to the practice’s success while managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to the psychology team
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including ASD, ADHD and psychoeducational assessments
- Maintain evidence‑based clinical practice at the highest standard
- Support professional development of clinicians through supervision and guidance
- Contribute to the practice’s strategic growth and directionFoster a positive, collaborative, high‑performing team culture
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders
