Redstone Recruitment is partnering with a leading not-for-profit aged care provider to appoint an experienced Clinical Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Melbourne’s North-West region

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager or Clinical Services Manager looking to step into a supportive regional home with strong leadership, a stable team, and a resident-focused culture.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Facility Manager and regional leadership team to oversee clinical care delivery, ensuring high standards of resident outcomes, compliance, and quality care.

About the Home:

- Medium residential aged care home
- Fully accredited, with next accreditation report due June 2028
- Small Memory Support Unit within the home
- Supportive Facility Manager with strong tenure
- Experienced Regional Manager and dedicated head office support across Quality and AN-ACC

What’s on Offer:

About You: To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Care Manager within residential aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support clinical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality resident outcomes
