About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Governance and Compliance Lead to support the delivery of person-centred care across Baseline Onsite and Partnered Health entities. This role is responsible for strengthening clinical governance, quality, compliance, and patient safety while providing clinical leadership and support across a range of occupational health and remote service environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support clinical governance, quality, risk management, and compliance activities.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee incident reporting, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and governance processes.
- Manage Poison Permit Holder governance, Structured Administration and Supply Arrangements (SASA), and medication compliance requirements.
- Support safe and effective occupational health, injury management, emergency response, and clinical service delivery.




- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive service excellence and compliance outcomes.
- Coordinate clinical audits, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement activities across client sites.

Qualifications and Experience

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (or relevant AHPRA-registered health professional).
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality, compliance, or occupational health environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical risk management, auditing, and patient safety principles.
- Experience with medicines management, Poison Permits, and regulatory compliance is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in mining, remote health, occupational health, or emergency response environments is desirable.
