Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.The RoleAs the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, change management, AN- ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residentKnowledge of the aged care sector, standardsSound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plansPerforming comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidentsParticipating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWsAbout YouThe successful candidate must meet the following criteria:Current Nursing Registration with AHPRAExperience within Aged Care Sector as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)Infection Prevention and Control Qualification (desirable)Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes,



and AN-ACCPersonal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of the homeSolid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)Complete a police check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencementAbout this location:Smithfield home has 74 beds and we are proud of the reputation of excellence that we have built in the local community.
