About the role As a Physiotherapist you will be a valued member of our Home Care Clinical Care & Practice team, working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to older adults living at home. A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting care goals, providing treatment and intervention, and helping people stay active and independent while remaining in their homes.

Responsibilities include

- Performing home visits and running group activities for clients accessing Support at Home or CHSP services, or residing in one of our Seniors Living units.

- Career and professional development opportunities About you You are a tertiary qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in Aged Care, Inpatient, Community, Home‑Based or Rehabilitation settings.

- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
