Your Role

You'll be responsible for leading the estimating function while remaining hands-on across major commercial construction opportunities, including:

- Preparing accurate estimates and competitive tenders for commercial construction projects
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of two Estimators
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing
- Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape estimating strategy and project selection
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Driving the business towards larger commercial construction opportunities

You'll likely bring

- Proven estimating experience within commercial construction
- Previous leadership experience or the confidence to mentor and develop a small team
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify project opportunities and risks
- Experience pricing medium to large commercial construction projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute strategically, not just operationally
