The Role
- Lead the monthly and annual financial cycle, including management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with operations and sales to deliver data-driven insights and improve performance
- Drive BI reporting initiatives and support statutory, audit, and compliance processes
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and executive team to shape financial strategy
What we’re Looking For
- CA/CPA qualified with 7+ years in senior finance roles
- Robust commercial and technical finance skills
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with leadership experience
- ASX-listed with a national footprint and turnover of $250M+
