About the Role

This exciting position sits within our Accounts department, playing a key role in the accurate and efficient processing of property-related invoicing across our commercial portfolio. You'll bring precision, reliability and a genuine eye for detail to a high-volume, fast-paced accounts environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Scanning, entering and filing a high volume of invoices including council, water, owners corporation and essential services
- Checking and verifying invoices across various percentage splits
- Checking for duplication of invoicing
- Ensuring GST is correctly on-charged to tenants for GST-registered owners
- Calculating GST on insurance expenses for accurate on-charging to tenants
- Attending to payment disputes
- Assisting the Accounts Team with Final and Incoming Accounts as required

What You Bring





- Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
- Accurate, high-volume data entry skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, including Councils, Owners Corporations and Water Authorities
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a quick-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and accounting packages
- Experience with RP Office or GOAT highly valued
