About The Role We are seeking a driven lawyer for this hands-on role, offering exposure to a steady pipeline of transactional property and commercial matters.

You can expect to have carriage of a variety of matters including:

- Commercial and retail leasing
- Purchase and Sale of Business
- Drafting commercial agreements and property documents
- Wills and Probate matters
- Property transactions including residential, off the plan and commercial sales and purchases
- Subdivisions, easements, positive covenants, options agreements,
- Joint venture and development agreements
- Property due diligence
- PPSR and caveats




- Being responsible for client's matters start to finish

About You

- A minimum 24 months PQE experience in property and commercial law
- Working knowledge of Pexa and Leap (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Solid communication and client relationship skills
