THE OPPORTUNITY

Shead Property are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our expanding Commercial Property Management Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Building strong rapport with other Property Managers and team members.
- Regular liaison with owners and tenants, ensuring expectations are being achieved.
- Regular property inspections, to ensure investment performance is maintained.
- Providing recommendations for repositioning and value add opportunities across your portfolio
- Working with the Leasing team to minimise vacancy in your portfolio.




- Working with the support team, implementing and maintain orderly lease administration procedures.
- Working with the accounts team, controlling the collection and reconciliation of funds.

YOUR STRENGTHS

- You are motivated and driven
- Hold NSW Real Estate Licence
- Have a reliable Car and NSW Drivers Licence
- You will have proven experience in a similar role
- You will be able to demonstrate and ability to ensure the performance of the asset is maximised.
- You will be able to prioritise to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- You will have strong presentation and communication skills and be able to build positive relationships quickly.
