We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team in Flemington.

This is a great opportunity to manage a quality portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties located within 5km of the office. You'll be supported by strong systems, dedicated admin support and a collaborative team, with genuine opportunities to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of 150-180 commercial properties
- Dedicated VA to handle all of your admin
- Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration




- Arrange maintenance and manage contractors
- Monitor rental arrears and property compliance
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Deliver a high level of customer service

About You

- 3+ years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of commercial property management and portfolio management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, reliable and client-focused
- VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current driver's licence
