Due to continued growth, we have multiple roles now available across our team, including:

- Leading Hand Carpenter/ Site Foreman
- Mid-Level Carpenters

We’re looking for skilled, motivated individuals who want to be part of a tight-knit crew and help shape our next chapter. Key Responsibilities For Leading Hand / Site Foreman roles:

- Carry out high-quality carpentry across commercial construction and fit-out projects
- Lead and mentor teams of carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate site activities — labour, materials, and scheduling
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and team morale
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, project managers and other trades

For Mid-Level Carpenters:

- Execute detailed carpentry work across a variety of sites
- Support site foremen and contribute to smooth day-to-day site operations




- Maintain high attention to detail and commitment to safety

What We’re Looking For We’re hiring across experience levels and will shape roles based on the right people. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Trade qualification in Carpentry
- A solid background in commercial construction and fit-outs
- Proven leadership experience for senior roles — or a desire to step up
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Your own tools and relevant trade licences
- EWP tickets preferred (or a willingness to obtain them)

For senior roles, extensive experience and proven success in the commercial sector is essential.
