We are currently seeking talented Commis Chef's & Demi Chef'sto join the team at NOMAD Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager chef to join a professional kitchen, dedicated to the development of their team.

Our ideal candidates will have

- At least 2+ years experience in casual or premium dining restaurants or wine bars
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and techniques advantageous but not necessary
- Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry




- Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
- Availability to work a rotating roster
