We’re looking for an experienced communications professional to shape and drive the communications strategy for Vanguard Australia’s Super and ETF investing. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a communications qualified who can lead end‑to‑end PR campaigns, create content that cuts through a crowded market, and help Australians feel confident about their financial future.

You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product and key business stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life across media, social, owned channels, and internal platforms. You know how to spot a story,



turn insights into headlines, and build narratives that resonate with everyday investors.

In this role, you will:

- Design and execute integrated communications campaigns that support Vanguard’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Create compelling, high‑impact content for media, social, and internal channels.
- Manage consumer communications initiatives end‑to‑end, from strategy to measurement, ensuring flawless delivery.
- Provide expert advice to business partners and ensure message consistency across teams and channels.
- Analyse performance metrics and apply insights to continually optimise our approach.

What we’re looking for:

- 7+ years’ experience in communications, journalism, PR, or related fields.
