Your new role
Reporting into an experienced communications leader, you will work across a diverse portfolio of communications activity, supporting business priorities through effective planning, messaging and engagement strategies. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering communication plans and campaigns that support organisational objectives.
- Creating engaging content across a range of channels including digital platforms, intranet, newsletters, presentations, social media and leadership communications.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing communications advice across the business.
- Supporting change, transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with events, organisational announcements and strategic projects.
- Analysing communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
You will demonstrate
- Previous experience in corporate, internal or strategic communications.
- Exceptional written communication, editing and content creation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Experience delivering communications across multiple channels and platforms.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
