Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our team.
About the role
This is a casual position offering full-time hours with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our concrete pumps while working alongside our experienced crews to deliver high-quality residential concrete slab projects across Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain both boom and line concrete pumps.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance.
- Set up, operate and pack down equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with concreting crews, supervisors and builders.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance at all times.
- Take pride in maintaining equipment and presenting it professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent Marvel Slabs professionally on site.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating and maintaining both boom and line concrete pumps.
- Current HR Licence (essential)
- Current Boom Pump Ticket (essential).
- White Card (essential).
- Traffic Management competency (highly regarded).
- Strong commitment to safety and equipment care.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
