Computer Engineering Expert — AI Content Specialist About The Role We're looking for computer engineering experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI systems. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and your deep technical knowledge is exactly what's needed to make these models smarter, more accurate, and more reliable. You'll design complex engineering challenges, author rigorous solutions, and audit AI-generated outputs across areas like computer architecture, embedded systems, and hardware-software co-design.

Your expertise will directly shape how AI reasons about some of the most technically demanding problems in the field.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Advanced Problems — Create challenging computer engineering scenarios spanning RISC-V/ARM architecture, FPGA development, memory management, and hardware-software co-design

Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions including assembly code, HDL snippets, and architectural diagrams that serve as reference responses for AI training

Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated code (C/C++, Verilog, VHDL), logic gate designs, and OS kernels for technical accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards





Refine AI Reasoning — Identify logical errors such as race conditions, memory leaks, or improper timing constraints, and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning Who You Are Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science (hardware focus), or a closely related field

Robust foundational knowledge in one or more of: Computer Architecture, Embedded Systems, Digital Logic Design, or Operating Systems

Able to communicate complex hardware and low-level software concepts clearly and concisely in writing

High attention to detail — comfortable working at the level of bit operations, clock-cycle timing, and technical documentation

No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows

Proficiency in engineering tools such as MATLAB, ANSYS, or simulation environments
