About the role

We are looking for an experienced Concretors, chippies/formworker, allrounder/laberour to join our team at Coast To Coal Constructions Pty Ltd in Mackay, Queensland. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to contribute to the construction of high-quality commercial and residential buildings in the region.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement of concrete
- Collaborating with other tradespeople to coordinate the completion of concrete work
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe work environment
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

What we're looking for

- Long term employment
- Reliable, positive attitude, old school work ethic
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Concretor, in the commercial or residential construction industry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately




- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
