This is a permanent casual position. Our work is outdoors and construction-based, which means weather can occasionally impact schedules. When conditions allow, we work hard, execute with excellence, and provide consistent opportunities for reliable team members.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cleaning and restoring residential construction sites
- Removing builders' waste and site debris
- Creating safer working environments for other trades
- Assisting with site organisation and presentation
- Working alongside experienced operators and team members

What You'll Need

- White Card
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- Reliable transport
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
- Solid work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- BONUS ADVANTAGE is holding a HR Truck License or Higher

Construction experience is helpful but not essential. Character matters more than experience.
