This newly created position presents an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor and develop an existing high performing team while driving exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio of insurance construction projects.

About the Prospect

Based in Sydney, you'll lead an established team of construction professionals, providing operational leadership, technical guidance and strategic direction. Working closely with Senior Directors, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while continuing to strengthen client relationships and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing construction team.
- Oversee the delivery of commercial insurance projects.
- Drive quality, compliance and safety across all projects.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project performance, budgets and delivery timeframes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and team growth.




- Support the implementation of strategic business initiatives.

We're looking for an experienced construction leader who brings:
- Proven leadership experience managing construction teams
- Strong background within commercial insurance or insurance reinstatement.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and project performance.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction best practice.
- Outstanding communication and people leadership skills.
