Treetops Adventure Parks is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and oversee construction, development and asset improvement projects across our national network.

With 16 operating parks across Australia and an exciting pipeline of new developments and upgrades, this role will play an important part in delivering safe, high-quality projects that support the continued growth of Treetops Adventure Parks.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a construction professional who enjoys being close to the work — supporting teams on site, solving problems, working with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects and maintenance activities are delivered safely and to a high standard.

Working within a small specialist team, you will help shape how Construction & Development operates as we continue to grow.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Construction Manager will be responsible for leading construction and asset-related activities across Treetops Adventure Parks.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead and support a small specialist construction and development team
- Provide hands-on construction expertise across new developments,



upgrades and maintenance activities
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver safe and practical outcomes
- Attend sites regularly to support construction activities, resolve issues and maintain quality standards
- Review construction requirements, provide technical input and assist with practical problem solving
- Support planning and delivery of capital works and asset improvement initiatives
- Assist with contractor management, procurement decisions and commercial outcomes
- Support consistent construction standards, processes and ways of working across the national network
- Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and compliance requirements

About you You are an experienced construction professional who combines strong practical knowledge with the ability to lead people and influence outcomes.

You will bring

- A strong construction background with hands-on experience in building, civil, infrastructure, maintenance or similar environments
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers and construction activities
- The ability to understand technical information, identify issues and provide practical solutions




- Experience leading small teams and working across multiple locations
- Strong safety awareness and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Good commercial judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities

A trade background (such as carpentry, building, rigging, fabrication or similar) will be highly regarded, particularly where combined with leadership experience. Experience working in adventure tourism, theme parks, outdoor infrastructure, recreation facilities or other safety-critical environments will be advantageous, but is not essential.
