About the Role
We are seeking a capable and proactive Construction Project Coordinator / Project Manager with façade experience to support and lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, support programming and procurement, and drive façade works from planning through to completion.
The successful candidate will have strong construction coordination skills, practical façade knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, trades, site teams, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or manage construction projects from early planning through to handover.
- Oversee façade-related works including glazing, cladding, curtain wall, aluminium systems, shopfronts, louvres, and associated installation activities.
- Assist with project programmes, schedules, milestones, procurement, and delivery planning.
- Liaise with clients, builders, architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation to identify issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate materials, fabrication, logistics, site deliveries, and installation sequencing.
- Monitor project costs, variations, RFIs, defects, quality requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Attend site meetings, prepare progress updates, and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Support safety management, site coordination, and quality assurance processes.
- ·Proactively resolve project issues to keep works progressing efficiently and professionally.
About You
You will be organised, solutions-focused,
and comfortable working in a rapid-paced construction environment. You will understand the importance of planning, communication, documentation, and follow-through, while also being able to manage competing priorities on live projects.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Site Coordinator, or similar construction role.
- Demonstrated experience working with façade systems, glazing, cladding, aluminium framing, curtain walling, or related building envelope works.
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, site coordination, procurement, subcontractor management, and project delivery processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
experience with construction management software will be highly regarded.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to attend project sites as required.
