We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to run the commercial side of our new build Education and QSR projects - the jobs that move fast and reward people who stay ahead of them.

These aren’t projects where the paperwork can wait until month end. Multiple trade packages, tight programs and clients who expect the detail right — you’ll own the procurement from package scoping to award, keep claims and notices landing on time, and produce a cost report the business can trust. The number is the number.

You’ll report to the Project Manager and work shoulder-to-shoulder with them on budgets, variations and the commercial position - your recommendation, decided together.

You’re probably a fit if you:

- Have commercially managed construction projects — education, QSR, retail or commercial
- Can run procurement end to end: scope coverage across every trade package, no gaps, no double-ups
- Know your way around the QLD BIF Act — and treat a missed payment schedule as a liability, not an oversight
- Never miss a time bar — notices and claims go out on time, every time
- Are straight with the numbers, even when the news is bad
