- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the roster.
- Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- NDIS required for some facilitys.
