Zenith is delivering a major new 532MW hybrid power system supporting Northern Star Resources' Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (KCGM) operations near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The project combines 256MW of wind generation, 138MW of solar generation and a 138MW/300MWh battery energy storage system, providing reliable, lower-emission power to one of Australia's largest gold mining operations.

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our project delivery team. If you're commercially minded, detail-oriented and enjoy managing procurement and contract administration across large-scale infrastructure projects we’d like to hear from you. About the Role

Zenith is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our project delivery team. If you're commercially minded, detail-oriented and enjoy managing procurement and contract administration across large-scale infrastructure projects, we’d like to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of one of Australia's largest hybrid renewable energy projects alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects by providing contractual and commercial expertise to the Project team. Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, you'll manage procurement and contract administration activities to help achieve successful project outcomes throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the administration of contracts from tender through to completion.
- Prepare tender documentation, contract packages, supplier evaluations and recommendations for award.
- Support procurement activities and negotiate contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assess progress claims, variations and subcontractor claims.
- Monitor contract performance, compliance and commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage contract documentation, procurement records and reporting,



including maintaining the Procurement and Contracting Matrix.
- Coordinate and monitor technical queries (TQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and other contract-related correspondence.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator within the mining, construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience administering contracts for major projects, with exposure to mining contractors highly regarded.
- A sound understanding of the procurement and contract management lifecycle.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse contractual issues and identify practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
- Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance.
