This is not an employment position.

The successful contractor will provide motorcycle sourcing services under a Contractor Services Agreement and will operate as an independent contractor.

As such, you will be responsible for maintaining:

- A current Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Public Liability Insurance
- Your own vehicle and operating expenses
- Any taxation, superannuation and business obligations associated with operating as a contractor

A company laptop will be supplied to support you in performing the services.

About the Opportunity:

Motorcycle Holdings is seeking an independent contractor to provide motorcycle sourcing and acquisition services to support our dealership network.

The successful contractor will utilise their industry knowledge, contacts, market awareness and commercial judgement to identify opportunities to source quality used motorcycles for potential acquisition by Motorcycle Holdings dealerships.

This opportunity is suited to individuals who are self-motivated, commercially minded and enjoy building relationships within the motorcycle community.

Commercial Arrangement:

- Fee payable for each approved motorcycle acquisition
- Independent contractor engagement
- Flexibility to determine your own working hours and schedule

Scope of Services and may include:

- Identifying motorcycles available for purchase through private sellers, online marketplaces, auctions, trade contacts and other channels
- Assessing motorcycle condition, desirability and market value
- Introducing suitable acquisition opportunities to the business
- Negotiating commercial outcomes that align with agreed purchasing objectives
- Maintaining qualified relationships with motorcycle owners, enthusiasts and industry contacts
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to support dealership stock requirements

The contractor will determine how and when these services are performed, subject to the terms of the Contractor Services Agreement. Contractor Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to operate as an independent contractor and maintain:

- A current driver's licence
- The ability to enter into a Contractor Services Agreement
