Cronulla Espresso Bar is looking for an experienced cook/sandwich hand with basic cookery skills to join our team 40 hours per week.

2 years experience required:

- General knowledge of cooking, oven and grilling, meat, such as chicken, lamb, pork
- Baking muffins & cakes, making protein balls
- you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
- ordering stock, accepting deliveries & stock rotation.
- Good organisational skills, able to lead a small kitchen
- fluent english written and spoken
- toasting sandwiches and wraps, making salads, soups, rice paper rolls etc
- some washing dishes, cleaning equipment and surfaces, preparing ingredients like chopping fruit & vegetables, assembling sandwiches and breakfast items

This is a tax job we require full working rights, you must have as tax file number and superannuation. no cash payments. If you love good food, positive people and want to be part of a small team we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
