South Burnett Regional Council is one of the largest employers within the region, with offices and depots located in Kingaroy, Nanango, Wondai, Murgon, Proston and Blackbutt.

Council is comprised of three (3) Departments: Executive Services, Finance & Liveability, and Infrastructure. About the roles
- Based in Kingaroy
- Permanent Full Time
- $91K- $95K per annum + Allowances + Super
Council is seeking a coordinator to provide a high level of skilled and organisational direction to the Planning & Development Services administration team. This role will coordinate a high level of professional and managerial administration support to the Environment and Planning team as well as coordinate the Environment and Planning administration team. The role will also provide assistance in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Planning and Development department through administrative support to the Manager Planning and Development and technical teams. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills with a professional, discrete, courteous and confidential approach to all matters at the executive level.

- Working with Children Blue Card or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum requirement of a current C Class driver’s licence

Skills and experience

- Sound time management skills with the ability to establish work priorities, coordinate workloads and ensure the team is meeting their deadlines.
