We are seeking an experienced Corporate Development Principal for our client, whom is a large cap mining producer.
This role supports the global corporate development team in identifying, assessing and progressing recent acquisitions and partnership opportunities in Australia and internationally.
Candidates with in-house M&A; or Corporate Development experience in Mining will be most sought after, and we will also consider candidates with M&A; Investment Banking / Private Equity experience in Mining.
This role would suit candidates with 5 Years experience.
