Every year, we deliver more than 350 hands-on courses across Australia, helping healthcare professionals develop practical ultrasound skills that improve patient care. Working alongside specialist clinicians, educators, volunteers and support teams, you'll help ensure every course is ready to deliver. From preparing teaching spaces and coordinating equipment through to improving systems and supporting course delivery, you'll play an important role behind the scenes in creating an exceptional learning experience.

About the Role

The Course Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring AIU's education programs are prepared, coordinated and delivered to the high standards we are known for. Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager and Director of Education, you'll coordinate the operational requirements that support each course, including teaching spaces, equipment, course resources, suppliers and volunteers. You'll also provide practical support before, during and after course delivery, helping to ensure everything is ready for our faculty, participants and support teams.

This is a varied role that combines coordination with hands-on operational support. You'll work across multiple areas of the organisation, contribute to improving our systems, procedures and documentation, and play an important part in delivering exceptional learning experiences for healthcare professionals.

About You

You'll bring proven experience in a coordination role where planning, organisation,



problem-solving and attention to detail have been central to your success. You're confident using technology, enjoy improving the way things work and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

You'll also demonstrate

- Proven experience coordinating multiple activities and priorities.
- Robust organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong digital literacy, including confidence using Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn and work across a range of business systems.
- A practical approach and willingness to get involved when needed.
- Confidence communicating with a broad range of people, including staff, clinicians, volunteers and suppliers.
- The ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute practical ideas.
- A collaborative approach and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- A Certificate IV, Diploma or higher qualification in business administration, events management, operations, education support, project coordination or a related discipline.

Experience in education, healthcare, facilities, operations or a similar coordination role will be highly regarded.

Salary

$70,000–$85,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
