As part of our Kid’s World team, you’ll help create a fun and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for while their parents’ train.

This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, communicates confidently with both kids and parents, and can maintain a safe, organised, and structured environment.

What you’ll be doing:

· Supervise and care for children within the creche environment





· Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience through activities and interaction

· Manage bookings and sign children in and out according to procedure

· Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards within the space

· Respond professionally to parent enquiries and feedback

· Report incidents or concerns in line with club procedures

· Work collaboratively with the wider club team and leadership

What You’ll Bring

· Friendly, positive, and approachable

· Genuine passion for working with children

· Robust communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative

· Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

· Seeking casual, flexible hours on a rotating roster

· Available across mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings

Requirements:

· Current Blue Card (or State specific equivalent)

· Current First Aid Certificate

· Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
