We're partnering with a leading Australian retailer renowned for quality, innovation and exceptional customer experiences. As they continue to grow, we're seeking Customer Delivery Specialists to join their Customer Delivery team across Smithfield and Turella on an initial 6-month contract, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

We're offering two opportunities within the Customer Delivery team. While both roles are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, each offers a unique area of responsibility-whether that's coordinating daily delivery operations from our Smithfield Distribution Centre or supporting customers throughout their delivery journey from our Turella Design & Support Centre.

Customer Delivery Specialist - Smithfield

Based at the Distribution Centre, you'll coordinate the operational side of the delivery journey, ensuring orders are scheduled, prepared and dispatched efficiently. Working closely with warehouse teams and delivery drivers, you'll help ensure every delivery is completed safely, on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating daily delivery schedules and dispatch activities
- Supporting delivery drivers and transport operations
- Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure delivery readiness
- Monitoring deliveries and resolving operational issues
- Maintaining accurate delivery information across internal systems

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in dispatch, transport, warehouse operations or logistics coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Customer Delivery Specialist - Turella

Based at the Design & Support Centre,



you'll be the primary point of contact throughout the customer's delivery journey. You'll proactively communicate delivery updates, coordinate appointments, manage enquiries and work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure every customer receives a premium experience.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating delivery bookings and customer communications
- Providing proactive updates throughout the delivery journey
- Managing customer enquiries and delivery escalations
- Liaising with Retail, Supply Chain and Operations teams
- Supporting a seamless end-to-end customer experience

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, customer success, administration or logistics coordination who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.

About You

You'll bring experience in customer service, logistics, transport, dispatch or warehouse operations, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll also have

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Radaro or similar systems is highly regarded
