Customer Experience Operations Manager – Laverton Fulfilment Centre We are looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager to join our team at our Laverton Fulfilment Centre! Lead a high-performing fulfilment centre and play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently to customers and stores. This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop capable teams and influence continuous improvement across a fast-paced supply chain workplace.

Responsibilities - Lead daily fulfilment centre operations, from receiving and storage through to picking, packing and dispatch.

- Drive improvements in productivity, service, inventory accuracy and operational performance.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
- Develop, coach and support team members to achieve their best.
- Partner with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to keep products flowing efficiently.
- Manage operational budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and value.
- Resolve operational challenges and identify smarter ways of working.
- Support business-wide initiatives that improve customer outcomes and supply chain performance.

Qualifications - Leadership experience in a fulfilment centre, distribution centre,



warehouse or similar operational environment.

- Strong people leadership and team development capability.
- Experience driving operational performance and process improvement.
- Knowledge of inventory management, KPIs and service delivery.
- Understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Experience managing budgets, costs and resources.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
