As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be a trusted point of contact for families and services, helping navigate enrolments, answering questions and creating positive experiences that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional support to families, schools and service teams via phone and email.
- Assist families with enrolments, bookings, account enquiries and general support.
- Build positive relationships through warm, responsive and solution-focused communication.
- Resolve enquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support service teams by providing timely information and administrative assistance.
- Coordinate communications to families and stakeholders.
- Utilise and become proficient in our booking and enrolment platforms, including XAP.
- Contribute to reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a care, education, community,



health or people-focused setting.
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
