Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Customer Feedback Officer in Victoria to manage media threats, critical incidents and resolve customer complaints within set timelines, while adhering to WorkSafe guidelines. You will deliver high-standard service to Victorian clients, register and acknowledge complaints promptly, and report on outcomes to help improve customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in complaints resolution and familiarity with workers' compensation or claims management.
