Customer Service Consultant | Storage Plus Rosebery

Customer service first. Sales second. Never a script. StoragePlus is growing across Sydney and Melbourne. We're after a Storage Consultant to own the customer experience at our main Rosebery facility, covering both self storage and MegaBox, our mobile storage offering.

This role works Tuesday to Saturday. You'll be based at Rosebery, with the chance to work across our Alexandria, Mascot and Kingsgrove sites, so a car licence and your own transport are essential.

You'll work across both sides of the business. Some days you're helping a customer pick the right unit on the spot. Other days you're taking someone through a MegaBox booking, coordinating pickup and delivery timing, and working with our removalist partners to keep it running smoothly. You'll also look after an existing customer base, keeping payments on track and checking in on what they need, plus pitching in on site admin and operations.

What the role covers

- Advising customers on self storage and MegaBox, and matching them to the right solution
- Coordinating MegaBox logistics, pickup and delivery timing, and liaising with removalists
- Managing the enquiry pipeline from first contact to move in
- Owning relationships with existing tenants: renewals, upgrades,



sorting issues before they become complaints
- Supporting site operations and admin
- Working across Alexandria, Mascot and Kingsgrove when needed

What you'll bring

- At least 12 months in a customer facing role (retail, hospitality or similar)
- Availability Tuesday to Saturday
- A car licence and your own vehicle
- Comfortable juggling a few moving parts, this is logistics coordination as well as customer service
- Confidence dealing with people directly, including the harder conversations
- Good judgement and the ability to run your own workload without close supervision
- Sales or self storage experience is a bonus, not a requirement
