Order Management
- Review customer orders for accuracy and compliance
- Process orders through various platforms including EDI, eCommerce and manual channels
- Verify order information and provide customer confirmations
- Proactively monitor deliveries and communicate updates to customers
After-Sales Service
- Respond to customer order-related enquiries
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
- Process returns, credits, repairs, and replacement requests
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow-up activities
Digital Transformation
- Promote digital ordering platforms and self-service tools
- Support customers in adopting online sales and ordering solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies
About YouTo be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support, or order management
- Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electronics,
or distribution environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
- A proactive and customer-centric approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems and SAP (ideally S3/S4 Hana)
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, or industrial connector products is advantageous but not essential
