St Vincent’s Private Melbourne, a facility of St Vincent’s Health Australia, is seeking a agile Customer Service Officer to join the Cardiovascular Centre team. The role is a permanent part‑time position, working twice a week (Monday to Thursday), and involves providing high‑quality customer service to medical staff, nursing staff, and patients in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities - Greet patients and families upon arrival at the hospital.

- Coordinate communication and patient services as directed by the Cardiovascular Services Manager.
- Book appointments for SVPHM inpatient and outpatient services.
- Assist with invoicing and payments for outpatient services.
- Support admission and discharge procedures for patients to the Cardiovascular Centre.
- Maintain clerical functions and patient records.

Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service healthcare setting (desired).
- Experience with patient record databases, especially IBA (preferred).




- Permission to conduct a police check and a valid Victorian Working with Children Check.
