About the role:
n Be the first point of contact for patients and families, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless clinic experience through effective booking and referral coordination. This is a full-time, ongoing role where you can develop your administrative and customer service skills.
n What you'll achieve:

- Management of a reception desk area, patient check-in & standard patient IDn
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement strategies and participate in project team activityn
- Schedule follow-up appointment bookings and manage walk in referralsn
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly to queriesn
Classification for this position is in accordance with Award 10 - Managers and Administrative Workers.
n The successful candidate will be appointed from AO10 (Grade 1, Level 1) to AO12 (Grade 1, Level 5), base salary $60,782.72 to $67,194.40 per annum, plus superannuation.
n Your skills and experience:
nPrevious experience working in a busy front line customer service-based rolenPrevious telephone reception or call centre experiencenDemonstrated experience in using computer applications, such a Microsoft Office suiten About the department:
n The Allied Health Administration Department plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the specialised healthcare professionals within the Allied Health directorate and managing outpatient appointment activities across Specialist Clinic Desk B and supporting the office environment.
